Vilitra 60 Mg is a high-strength prescription medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. Each tablet contains 60 mg of vardenafil, a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor that helps increase blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, enabling a firm and lasting erection. Vardenafil works by blocking the PDE5 enzyme, which normally breaks down cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) in penile tissue. Elevated cGMP levels relax smooth muscles and dilate blood vessels, improving blood flow to the penis. Sexual stimulation is still required; Vilitra 60 mg does not induce an automatic erection.
