I spend a lot of time around children’s books, especially the parts that come after the writing is finished. Editing, illustrations, page layouts, covers, and printing can all change how a story looks in its final form. I’ve picked up quite a bit about book publishers along the way and enjoy comparing how different publishers handle these stages.
