Vidalista 60 mg works by blocking the PDE5 enzyme, which normally breaks down cGMP (cyclic guanosine monophosphate). cGMP is responsible for relaxing smooth muscles in blood vessels. When PDE5 is inhibited, blood vessels remain relaxed longer, increasing blood flow to the penile tissues during sexual stimulation. This results in improved erectile function, but it does not increase sexual desire and does not cause an erection without arousal.
